BCSA Community aims to be different...
TIME FOR CHANGE - This is a time of great change in the UK - for education, the public and private sectors and for every individual in their working life. There is a huge gap in the union world for a new-age support system that is lively, inspiring and exciting to be part of, an association for a new generation. So here we are!

WE REPRESENT ALL INDUSTRIES
Our Organisation is made up of many different members from a wide range of employers, both public and private sector. We have many members in healthcare, the leisure industry, retail and education. We welcome first-time employed members and those carrying out apprenticeships. We believe support at these early stages are vital to those entering employment for the first time. We also have a growing number of self-employed members which we are very excited about.
Since merging with Community Union in July 2019, Blue Chip Staff Association has been added to the Certification Officer's 'Schedule of former Trade Unions and appears on the Trade Union List and has been allocated reference number 818T.
